Guests can access the entire property and dock

There is nothing better than life on the lake! Hyco Paradise is located on a peninsula with water views looking several directions and access to the sought after northern end of Hyco Lake. The view from the back porch and from the living areas will your breathe away! The house is a single floor property and has a central living space with an open floor concept kitchen, living space, and pool table area. Guests can enjoy plenty of space to have their meals! There is a dining table on the main floor and a large island with bar stools that can seat up to 16 people. There is also a table on the covered deck that overlooks the water with 6 seats. Please note that the wood seating on the dock has been removed, but there are still pool loungers and chairs available for your use. The game room is connected to the kids wing's common area. Living Room: • 1 trundle bed BATHROOM DETAILS: 1. Primary bathroom that is en-suite to primary bedroom. Has double vanity and a shower-tub. 2. Adult wing bathroom located in between king and queen bedrooms 3. Kids wing bathroom ACTIVITES: • Firepit • Pool table • Foosball • Magnetic Darts PARKING: Up to Six (6) cars can fit in the driveway. Please note that backyard is off limits for cars. Guests are not allowed to drive their car into the backyard.

LAKE SAFETY RULES: • NO jumping or diving off the dock • Use of the water toys/activities is at the guest's own risk and discretion • Please provide your kids with life jackets. INTERNET: We also added Starlink internet. This has greatly enhanced internet quality. We do not allow any parties or events at this property. Note: The lawn service provider may come to take care of the lawn during your stay. HOT TUB: There should be an expectation that the hot tub will be off-line from Memorial Day to Labor Day If the hot-tub is undergoing maintenance or repairs and is unavailable during your stay, there is no discounts or refunds. We will do our best to make it available in the non-summer months but there is no guarantees. Please note that in the event we need to drain the hot tub after your stay, there will be a fee of $350 to cover the cost of maintenance and cleaning. We strive to keep our hot tubs in excellent condition for all of our guests to enjoy, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping them in top shape. No glass in or near the hot tub or pool. If there's any remnants of glass, guest will be charged a $2,000 fee. If guests drain the hot tub, a $1,000 fee will be charged. Guests will also be held liable for any damages resulting from this action. ADDITIONAL PONTOON BOAT RENTAL OPTIONS! With over 160 miles of shoreline to explore, your stay is not complete without a boat. BOAT RENTAL: Working in partnership with Hyco Lake Boat Rentals, we can provide a 20’ Sun Catcher has a 90HP motor. This is one of our newest boats and seats 8 passengers.— Perfect boat for exploring and relaxing on beautiful Hyco lake. Twenty-foot Suncatcher seats eight (at an absolute maximum). Go for a swim, drop anchor for a pristine picnic, or catch some Crappies, Catfish, or Bodie Bass. Contact us and lets us help you have one or more best days ever on the water. If tubing only 8 are permitted on the boat (including those tubing). The boat is $350 a day or $1,550 for a week. if you arrive on a Sunday and leave the following Sunday, you will rent the boat for 6 full days which constitutes a week. If you only rent for a single day on the weekend from May to September then the price is $415 for the day. Let us know if you're interested so we can plan for the additional logistics. Boat renters should have previous boating experience and will receive an orientation and safety lesson from the team. Note: The Boat Rental is also available for anyone who does not plan on renting with us, as long as the boat is available. The operator/s need to be legally permissible to operate a boat • We are not held responsible in the event that Hyco Lake Boat Rentals does not rent out boats due to weather or any other circumstances. PETS: • We allow a maximum of two (2) pets not weighing more than 50 lbs. • Pets are not allowed on the furniture. • Pets must be supervised at all times. • Pets must be declared upon reservation Use of the kayaks, paddle-boards, and other water toys are at guests' own risk and liability. You are welcome to rent the boat but it is not required. If you choose not to rent it the Hyco Lake Boat rentals crew might need to come and take the boat from the dock to other renters. Hyco Paradise is close to Virginia International Raceway, Hyco Marina, Tunnel Creek Vineyards, Jibtopia, Bar 119, Roxboro Country Club, and other area attractions. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 6 am. Please do not play outside music and keep noise to a minimum in order to respect our neighbors.
